We are pleased to announce that Scott Silverberg will be a speaker at the upcoming NAELA Essentials Practicum Workshop, part of the NAELA Summit held this November 15 – 18th in Newport Beach, CA. After attending several conferences, Scott joined the planning committee, and was invited to present.
The NAELA Essentials Practicum is designed for practitioners new to Elder Law, and puts attendees in a live setting, with real life scenarios. Participants of this program actively work through hypothetical client and drafting situations built around core area in this intensive one-day workshop. Each section of the workshop features a younger practitioner paired with a more experienced Elder Law attorney, giving attendees the benefit of experience and the perspective of a peer.
Scott’s section will focus on government benefits, including Medicaid, Medicare and SSI.
